Travel during the NATO Summit

In connection with the NATO Summit in The Hague (24 and 25 June 2025), document and visa checks will be carried out at airports, seaports and land borders between Schengen countries to ensure security. During this time, security measures will be in place that will affect traffic, public transport and air travel. Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam and public transport will operate as usual, but may be overcrowded. Between 22 June and 25 June, major traffic jams are expected between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague.
