About the singer:As a singer who feels at home in opera as well as oratorio, chamber music and folk music, Kadri Tegelmann has found a way for dissolving borders between different art forms and collaborating with artists from different genres. As an advocate for contemporary music and performance she has worked as a guest soloist with theater SILBERSEE; a production centre for unorthodox music theater and experimental opera where she was part of the award-winning production Wij gaan op Berenjacht (with theater Sonnevanck) composed by David Dramm. Other contemporary performances have included Laika at the Dutch National Opera; composed by Martijn Padding and Dorian Gray; a co-production with the Ulrike Quade Company composed by Leonard Evers. Having a soft spot for early music and Baroque, Kadri has also had the pleasure of collaborating with the Dutch music ensemble La Sfera Armoniosa and the Estonian Early Music Ensemble Floridante.

This event is a joint initiative of the Embassies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and the Lithuanian Cultural Center in The Netherlands.
