On Tuesday, September 21, Ambassador Lauri Kuusing and Estonian Honorary Consul in Amsterdam, Marcel van den Heuvel hosted a reception for companies participating in the joint Estonian stand at fintech conference Money 20/20. The Estonian delegation at the international fair in Amsterdam is led by Ando Leppiman, Secretary General of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The evening reception at the Honorary Consul’s home was a good opportunity for the delegation of 50 members to network and exchange experiences. Direct impressions about operating in the Netherlands were also shared by successful Estonian companies Change Invest and OCCO.
Kristjan Kangro, the founder and CEO of Change Invest, gave an inspiring talk. The reception was attended by almost all the members of Team Estonia in the Netherlands – the Embassy staff, the Honorary Consul of Amsterdam, the Honorary Consul of Estonia in Zwolle Nick van de Griendt and the representatives of Enterprise Estonia Thijs de Neeve and Pieter Poppelsdorf.
