During the European Literature Night on June 19 we had the privilege of listening to 12 international authors. Estonia was represented by a poet, writer, essayist and librettist Maarja Kangro.
The topic of the evening was ‘The Courage of the Writer’ and the hosts Margot Dijkgraaf and Guido Snel moderated the discussions on feminism, EU borders, entitlement, technological change and climate activism. It was a very successful hybrid-event with the hosts in the beautiful DeBalie in Amsterdam and the authors joining in online.
