On Friday, Sept 2, we opened the doors of our embassy to some 120 guests participating in the Embassy Festival Tour.
We introduced Estonian culture and language and tasted sparkling drinks of rhubarb and juniper berries. Most of the entertainment programme was dedicated to the rich history and meaning of singing in our culture. Singing has helped the Estonian people to move towards common goals through very different times while also being an anchor that brings Estonians around the world together, and connects them with their homeland.
It was a beautiful evening with lots of positivity!
